During the last fifteen years, Shankar's work has appeared in magazine editorials, books, travel guides, advertisements, brochures and business websites in India, the Middle East and Canada.
His work explores form and functions, the less obvious and the perception of motion and stillness. He uses medium format film camera, digital image capture and Polaroid Image transfer techniques to create unique images.
Shankar hopes to evoke the viewer's feelings and thoughts.
